I’ve known I wanted to be a therapist since I was 15. I found my calling early in life—and I’ve always felt deeply grateful for that. Holding space for people through the messy, meaningful parts of life is something I find very rewarding and don’t take for granted.
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the stories beneath the surface, the moments that shape us, and the transformation that becomes possible when we feel truly seen. I’ve seen firsthand how healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest, and supported enough to move forward.
It means showing up, being vulnerable, learning to accept support and trusting the process.
You don’t have to go it alone.
Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself or your relationship, I’m here to help you untangle what feels overwhelming, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
