Creating Calm Counseling

 Finding the right therapist can be challenging and take some work! But feeling connected and safe is essential to the work you will do in therapy. It takes a lot of courage to open your life up to someone else, to be vulnerable and willing to work on yourself. I place a high priority on creating a safe space for clients to share. We get enough judgment, commentary and opinions elsewhere in life. 

I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, social anxiety, codependency, work/career stress and communication issues. 

I strive to help women and men build confidence, learn how to manage stress, navigate relationships, build healthier coping skills and improve overall quality of life.
