Rates

I offer a free 15 minute initial phone or video consultation.

Therapy session fees range $150-180, please contact me for details.

Washington Clients:

I am currently in-network with Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, United and Aetna in Washington. Other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans may be billable as well. If you have another insurance, I am happy to provide you with documentation so you can submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance company.  I offer both in-person and telehealth visits in Washington.

California Clients:

I am out-of-network for all California clients but am happy to provide you with documentation so you can submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance company.

I only offer telehealth visits in California. Please contact your insurance company to ensure teletherapy is covered under your plan.  

Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel a session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No call/no shows will be charged at full session fee. 

For payment I accept check, credit card, debit card or HSA/FSA cards.
