I offer a free 20 minute initial phone or video consultation.

Individual therapy & Couples therapy: 50 minute sessions are billed at $160 

I am an in-network with Premera, Lifewise and some BCBS plans for WA clients only. I m out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies and for all CA clients. I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to verify out-of-network benefits.

Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel a session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No call/no shows will be charged at full session fee. 

For payment I accept check, credit card, debit card or HSA/FSA cards.
